YouTube Karaoke is a collection of flash music videos and lyrics. As the name implies a lot of our original content came from YouTube. Unfortunately, due to Google's increasing censorship of YouTube, we now have to get our content from a variety of different places. The idea is that you press play, scroll to the lyrics, sing and be merry. Alcohol and audience are optional! To request a video email us (see sidebar).
Some of the sharper members of our audience have noticed that if you scroll and sing you lose sight of the video. If this bugs you that much feel free to just enjoy the videos instead of scrolling!

Anyone - Roxette

"Anyone" is the second single from Swedish duo Roxette's Have a Nice Day album. It was released in May 1999.

"Anyone" is like its predecessor 'Wish I could fly' a ballad, with instruments including piano, saxophone and strings. "Anyone" was initially planned to be the first single from Have A Nice Day, but the group feared it would sound to "Roxette-ish" for a comeback single, and they decided to chose "Wish I Could Fly" instead. After the success of "Wish I Could Fly", fans believed the next single release would be "Stars" or "Crush On You" (both are dance songs atypical for Roxette). But in the end, it was "Anyone" that was picked as the second single. The B-sides are the demo of "Anyone", "Cooper" (a track from Have A Nice Day), and "You Don't Understand Me (Abbey Road Sessions 1995)". The maxi-single includes the video of "Wish I Could Fly". In Japan, a double A-side with "Pay The Price" was released, although there is no video for this song.
