YouTube Karaoke is a collection of flash music videos and lyrics. As the name implies a lot of our original content came from YouTube. Unfortunately, due to Google's increasing censorship of YouTube, we now have to get our content from a variety of different places. The idea is that you press play, scroll to the lyrics, sing and be merry. Alcohol and audience are optional! To request a video email us (see sidebar).
Some of the sharper members of our audience have noticed that if you scroll and sing you lose sight of the video. If this bugs you that much feel free to just enjoy the videos instead of scrolling!

A Spaceman Came Travelling - Chris De Burgh

Blurb:
"A Spaceman Came Travelling" is a song by Chris de Burgh released on the album Spanish Train and Other Stories in 1975. It became a popular Christmas song in the UK, and has been released numerous times as a single, first in 1976, then 1981, 1984 and 1986. The 1986 release which was a double A-side with the song "The Ballroom of Romance", reaching #40 on the UK singles chart. A re-release in 1976 reached #1 in Ireland, its reissue making #15 in that country in 1986. It was also released as a single in the Netherlands in 1985. It has appeared on many festive compilation albums.

The reason it's appearing today is because I've just seen de Burgh singing it on the TV and it reminded me what a great song it is.
